Formed in **Providence, RI** in 2014, **Three Points of Madness** (often abbreviated as 3PM) is a highly respected power trio in the local New England music scene. Their style seamlessly bridges the gaps between classic heavy metal, hard rock, alternative metal, and progressive rock. Despite being only a three-piece band, they are known for delivering a massive, wall-of-sound live performance that rivals much larger outfits. While born and bred in the Providence club circuit (frequently playing staples like The Met in Pawtucket and Dusk in Providence), they are currently based and write their music just across the state border in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. ## Band Members * **George Petrus** *(Lead Vocals / Guitar)*: A founding member whose songwriting relies heavily on a massive array of vintage and modern effects pedals to create dynamic textures.
